いちご

　開店より活躍してくれたイチゴのメニューが今日から無くなりました。
色質ともに素晴らしいイチゴを届けてくれた三条会の果心さんに感謝です。

季節の美味しい果物をお出ししたい、と考えておりますので。
イチゴはまた、来年。

さておき、初夏の果物もちらほら入荷してきました。
ビワ、キウイ、パイナップルなどなど。
桃やマンゴーなども待ち遠しいですね。

それらのフルーツも独自の解釈でカクテルやジュースにしたいと思います。
